How do I create an account?
Tap "Sign in" in the top bar, then choose "Create account". You'll need your name, email, phone number, and a password. Once registered you can shop, track orders, and manage your details from your profile.
How do I place an order?
Browse or search for a product, open it, and add it to your cart. When you're ready, go to your cart and check out. You'll confirm your delivery details and pay securely to place the order.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept secure card payments through Paystack. Mobile Money (MoMo) is being added. All payments are processed securely — BuzyMall never stores your card details.
How do I track my order?
Open "Track Order" (or "My orders" from your account) to see the current status of any order — from confirmation through processing, shipping, and delivery. You'll be notified as your order moves through each stage.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on where the item ships from. Products already in Ghana are delivered fastest — typically within a few days in Accra. Items imported from China vary by shipping method: air freight is quicker, sea freight takes longer. Each product page shows where the item ships from so you know what to expect before you buy.
How does product sourcing work?
Can't find what you need? BuzyMall can source it for you. Tell us the product, quantity, and any specifications, and our team finds suitable suppliers and sends you a quote. It's ideal for custom items, bulk orders, or anything not currently listed.
How do I become a supplier?
Tap "Sell on BuzyMall" and complete the supplier application. Every supplier is reviewed and verified before they can sell, so buyers can shop with confidence. Once approved, you can list products and manage orders from your supplier dashboard.
Is BuzyMall safe and secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely and your card details are never stored. Every supplier is verified before they can sell, and BuzyMall holds funds until orders are confirmed — so you're protected throughout the transaction.
